「Great location, few steps from the boardwalk, right on the beach, view of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment is renovated with nice flooring, ceiling. However, it was not worth for the very high price for few reasons:1. The seats and couch in the living area are dirty and have stains. I tried flipping the couch cushions, hoping it will be better, but they weren't.2. There were only 3-4 mugs for tea/coffee, they were old, worn out. 3. The pull out bed is not comfortable to sleep. 「Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!!
