"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

The price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the level of service we received. "I wish this hotel had balconies (or opening window, or at least some bench in shade outside). i also wish it had a coffee maker in room with real coffee / not 'a paper bag coffee' otherwise everything was perfect: excellent bathroom fan, clean, everybody nice and helpful. good coffee in breakfast area, ...."
