「Amazing host. Really friendly and a very professional service provided. Rooms were beyond my expectations and couldn’t recommend more. 」

「Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good. I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad. Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here.」

「The apartment was totally new, maybe we were the first one having that apartment. Everything was perfect, the location, the cleaning and the staff very helpful!」

「The staff were amazing ( Alesia and Edson as well as the cleaning lady ), the hotel is very well located, the only downside would be the room, I noticed mold inside the wardrobe and on the wall due to humidity I guess, due to that the room was stuffy, the breakfast also was very simple ( bread, eggs, bacon cucumber, cheese and melon ) otherwise the experience was great :)」

「Camera già all’arrivo sporca . Zero pulizie in 4 giorni , abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi degli asciugamani e quanto ci serviva, tra l’altro cercando la proprietaria in tutto l’albergo perché la reception era sempre chiusa . Indicano parcheggio disponibile ma se ci stanno 4 macchine è già tanto , che devi parcheggiare uno dietro l’altro e la mattina alle 7 ti bussano per fare uno spostamento di macchine . L’unica persona gentile è stato il signore che ci aiutava a tirare fuori la macchina ....

「It’s is in a perfect location close enough for walking to the attractions but far enough away to be quiet at night. The hotel is modern on the inside and has a beautiful and shady outside area.」

「The rooms were so cute, decorated well, and had everything I needed. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and the decor was so unique, inside and out. Breakfast was great; they brought out several traditional dishes, and the hosts made us feel at home, just like family!」

「ジロカストラの旧市街に通行規制があり、ホテルまでの道順がGoogleマップではわからなくなりホテルに電話したところ、スタッフの方が立ち往生している場所まで来てくれて同乗して駐車場まで誘導してくれました。とても助かりました。」

「Accueil client merveilleux au début à la fin de notre séjours l’hôte nous a commander au taxie qu’il connaît le taxie nous a agressee et soutirer de l’argent devant un distributeur avant de prendre notre bus pour partir. Concernant le logement horrible douche à côté des toilettes Clim qui fonctionne pas je pourrais en rajouter à éviter absolument. 」

「Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....
