"What did you like or what was unique about the property?
I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. I especially loved the food at the restaurants—the quality and variety were excellent.
The service was another highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the pool area. It was beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to spend time during the day.
Overall, the property provided a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
What didn't you like?
There were a few things that could be improved. The excursions were much farther away from the property than we expected, and we were not informed about the distance before booking. Having that information in advance would have helped us make a better decision about which excursions to choose.
The lighting controls in the room were also overly complicated. Even our butler had difficulty figuring out how to operate some of the light switches, so they could definitely be made more user-friendly.
Finally, the television was not working properly on our last day, which was a minor inconvenience.
Despite these issues, we had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the excellent service, food, room, and pool area."
