「This property was convenient for our purposes. We had some difficulty finding and turning on lights inside and the living room lights did not give us enough light to read. Many bulbs were burned out both on the porch string and in the kitchen. We like old houses, but for safety we felt the loose newel post on the stairway could be tightened and a grab bar in the bath/shower could be added.
