最悪なホテル

私はこのホテルに来る前、来たことのない町バギオに気持ちがワクワクしていました。しかしこのホテルに入った途端、一変します。しっかりエクスペディアで予約したはずなのに、「ここではネット予約はしていません。料金を払ったレシートを見せてください」。と女性の従業員は半ば、怒ったように言い放ちました。私は、「エクスペディアで予約しました。見てください。」とレシートと予約した日時のページを見せました。するとじろじろ見た後に「このホテルはネット予約はしていません。そして見せて欲しいのは、どこの銀行でお金を払ったかです。このホテルはフィリピンの銀行？で払ったレシートしか受け付けません」。強い口調でした。私も「予約が遅くなったけどエクスペディアを通して支払いを済ませました。これが証拠です。」と何度もページを見せ、「もうカードで支払いを済ませました」。と主張しても、横にあるパソコンを見ずに首を横に振るばかりでした。私が「マネージャーに確認してください。」と言ってもスタッフは「マネージャーは帰りました。明日の10:30以降に来てください。」と言われました。さらに「もしあなたがここに泊まりたければ、現金を今すぐ払ってください」と言われました。私はマニラから7時間かけてバスで来ました。私は疲れ果てていました。すぐにでも横になりたかったです。体調が悪く、スタッフの口調が厳しく、精神的に参ってしまい、涙が溢れてきました。「なんで自分は正しいことをして、わかってもらえないのか」ホテルに入ってから35分が経過していました。渋々、クレジットカードで既に入金してなお、現金を払いチェックインをしました。

This is obviously the oldest hotel in Baguio. They are not interested in fixing anything and everything is decrepit and completely falling apart. I would not suggest anyone from a different nation stay here. People who live in the Philippines would probably be OK with it because it is in a good location. The quality of the hotel and staff are extremely minimal at best.

Banquet Prime hotel should be your last hotel on the list to check into. If you are not from the Philippines, this hotel is probably not for you. It is rough and very old. Baguio is all big city now. So the only thing good about this hotel is it’s location. It is within walking distance of the SM mall, park and City Hall, as well as numerous restaurants, the vegetable, fish and fruit market and numerous outside markets in the downtown corridor.

The hotel has a great location on Session Road, close to everything. The staff was exeptional, going out of their way to personlally greet you and cater to your every request. The included breakfast was very good. The property is kept very clean. The room left more than a little to be desired, though. The bed was OK, having clearly seen a lot of action over the years. The furnishings are old and dated. My room had a small standing balcony open to the street, though closing the windows did surprisingly nothing to block out the noise when I was ready to go to sleep. The room itself was spacious with a sitting area and small dining table which was quite useful and appreciated. The room did not have AC which, given the climate ended up not being an issue. The bathroom had not water using a wall-mounted tank, which worked OK. Very low water pressure was more than a bit frustrating. Other than certain aspects of the room, it is a nice place, but those coming from western countries need to adjust their expectations in advance to the very different standards of this hotel.

Prime Hotel was very accommodating. Although it was a last-minute booking made by my Aunt in the U.S., but it went very smoothly. Thank you Prime Hotel and Expedia for such a wonderful experience. We will stay again. See you next December in many years to come. We will recommend this place and Expedia.

Cups used for coffee for breakfast is not that clean. I need to wash it myself to remove stains and the rubber slippers that were there when we went to the room is dirty. Also, staff should prepare towels and prepare clean slippers depending on how many guests that will stay in the room. Staff and Frontdesk were nice.

Dirty and old rooms; had to request for towels. Had to have the hot water fixed. Breakfast-- not sure how others could eat that. Cold and uncooked. Like ugh. NVM.

Nearby Session,free parking, but antiquated

1)Room 401 without a/c even if our booking said the rooms are airconditioned. Baguio was not cold on Nov. 1, so the room is hot and stuffy and we need to open the window to let air in. There is no screen, and the room faces the road and is noisy and there seems to be insects biting. There is a wall fan and TV with cable, but they are plugged into the only outlet and we have no where to charge our phones. 2)After I complained of the noise and insects, we were transferred to room 413 with a/c. The a/c is too low and blows on our face, so we flipped to sleep with our feet facing the headboard. There are now outlets to charge our phones. 3)The bedsheets are old and have lint. The bathtowels have lint and I am covered with lint from head to toe after I dried up. The shower has built in head heater, and water is not strong, but enough. The toilet bowl is slow to flush and needs 5x flushing to clear. The faucet is loose and short, and water is weak. The shower sliding door is quite old and needs to be upgraded. They are thoughtful to provide 1 pair of rubber sandals for bathing. 4)The phone is defective and cannot contact front desk. Wifi does not reach this room. Even if it does, wifi is too slow. 5)Breakfast is set plate Filipino style and just enough and delicious, but not filling. 6)Free basement parking & accessibility to Session Rd shopping/dining r why I booked here. Elevator ok. Free coffee in lobby. Owner supervises parking when guests arrive.

Staff is corteous and well mannered everytime I call for housekeeping they come along ahead, the only thing that I’m so disappointed: 1. No free Water 2. Towels are not available upon entering the room 3.toilets and sinks not properly working
