"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"Our stay at WR Boutique Hotel was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The food was absolutely amazing, and every meal was something we looked forward to. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and made for a perfect place to relax after a long day. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their thoughtfulness and care made us feel truly valued as guests.
