"This was a fantastic property that looks like it came straight out of an Architectural Digest magazine. The grounds are unmatched in beauty and detail, and the room/unit was outstanding and decorated immaculately. Angela and Simone's chef-prepared meals, available when we wanted to dine on the beautiful grounds, were superbly prepared and presented. I can't think of a finer location in Tuscany to see the beauty of Northern Italy while resting and relaxing in a small town setting. Our stay far exceeded expectations. Thank you!"

"This was by far the best accommodation and vacation home we have stayed at!We were a group of 5: 2 grandparents, 2 parents and an infant, and we felt like home from the minute we arrived. The hosts, Simone and Angela took great care of us and our needs and were very helpful when planning our itinerary during our stay.My son proposed to his girlfriend on the trip and the hosts helped us plan and find the perfect time and place for those. We also enjoyed several delicious private meals and they were all absolutely amazing Our apartment was gorgeous with spacious rooms with a view, 2 showers and a kitchen with a view of the stunning garden and pool area. The decorations and ceramics along with the plants helped create a cozy and intimate oasis. The location of the villa was perfect for us, walking distance to the town close by and an accessible parking space for our rental car .The hosts, Simone and Angela, are very familiar with the area, what to do and see and flexible when it came to helping us. They for instance, listened to us and found solutions to our grandsons needs and went the extra mile without us even asking. Both of them are passionate about their home and make guests feel like family. This will not be the last time we stay at their villa. Thank you so much for an unforgettable 10-night stay and we will see you soon again! "

"Die Lage am Hügel ist natürlich schön. Camaiore selbst ist ein hübscher Ort mit Restaurants, Bäckereien und Eisdielen, die vom Haus aus fußläufig erreichbar sind. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Wanderwege die wirklich sehr zu empfehlen sind. Ansonsten reicht ein Blick auf Google Maps um zu sehen, dass die Region besser nicht sein könnte. Städte, Berge, Strand. Perfekt! Das Haus war eher rudimentär ausgestattet. Oben ist die einzige dusche in dem Badezimmer, dass nur durch ein anderes Zimmer erreichbar ist. Innen ist es insgesamt nicht besonders luxuriös, aber in Ordnung. Der außen Bereich mit der Terrasse unten und der Wiese oben sind dafür schön. Check in und out liefen reibungslos und freundlich. Die Gastgeberin ist per WhatsApp schnell und einfach erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Man muss man sagen, dass man für diesen Preis wohl kaum etwas besseres finden wird."

"Our stay was UNBELIEVABLE! We chose “The Barn” for our visit. It was small but, packed with all of the charm of an quaint Italian farmhouse.The views from the saltwater pool made us speechless… we never tired of taking in all the beauty around us.The kitchen had all we needed to make our simple meals.The housekeeper was very conscientious to our needs. She spoke very little English but, the phone translator made it easy.If, you are looking for a quiet, somewhat remote area , with views that will blow your mind… this is perfect for you.We would definitely return and possibly try a different cottage on the property.Stefano has 4 different homes to choose from.He has kept the charm and original splendor to his property and we greatly appreciated our stay."
