"The hotel is a little tired. We stayed in a small apartment which wasn't really clear it wasn't on the hotel property. Also no ac and it was pretty hot the days we were there. There are a few places to eat and drink, rather there could have been. Only one place was open limited hours during our stay. "The hotel is in an amazing location - with Centro Promenade (loads of places to eat and a fab arcade) about a 10 minute drive away.
The hotel itself and the reception staff are great and there are two restaurants and a pub attached to the hotel too.
Two negatives:
1. Not enough parking for a hotel this size.
2. The housekeeper/cleaner on our floor was very rude when asked a simple question.
