"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"

"Clean room, asked for a different pillow and was given one promptly. Lots of rules. No room service. Mary Ann and MJ were excellent servers - both showed great respect, care & truly deserve a promotion!! Our view was exceptional!!!!!! "

"We were welcomed by the most lovely flowers in our room for our honeymoon trip, which we loved! I had to give it less stars though because there were bloodstains on the second set of sheets when they cleaned, and it certainly wasn’t from us, so it was gross but they changed it as soon as we noticed and told them.
