Alberca un poco descuidada, habitacion agradable pero falta un poco de cariño y pintura. Desayuno fue los mismo 3dias, podrian variar el desayuno para estancias mayores a 3 dias.

El trato excelente, las instalaciones podrían mejorarlas, pero para el precio no están mal, sobretodo está limpio y está súper bien que esté a la orilla de la laguna, la comida del restaurante está deliciosa! Lo recomiendo

En general esta bien, trato amable, instalaciones limpia, solo que el desayuno es repetitivo, todos los dias huevo de diferentes forma, chilaquiles verdes o rojos o con frijoles, o pan tostado con frijoles tipo molletes, para varios dias, ya el ultimo no se antoja nada de eso.

Xo hotel was wonderful, we stayed 4 nights and everyday our room was clean , breakfast was provided. Tours were offered as well, staff was helpful and friendly. The best part was the lagoon was just steps away. Recommend highly, will be visiting Xo hotel again.

Propiedad en malas condiciones. Nuestra habitacion estaba junto a cuartos sin terminar con mucha basura. Cobraron extra por llevar a nuestra mascota. Aunque esto no esta estipulado cuando haces la reservacion. La propiedad si esta en frente de la laguna, pero por lo que cobran, ya estando en Bacalar, encontramos muchos otros lugares en mejores condiciones por el mismo precio o menor. La comida del restaurante muy mala y limitada, te limitan porciones y aunque es al aire libre, no permiten llevar mascotas. Realmente Bacalar es muy bonito, pero hay que tener cuidado de darle nuestro negocio a este tipo de propiedades que deberian invertir en re acondicionar o al menos terminar las instalaciones.

The place was nice over all and the small section they have in front of the lake is nice and very convenient. They do have a restaurant on the property but we did not try it since we went into town to eat.

Publicidad engañosa
Tienen publicidad engañosa, no es nada como lo muestran. Tienen instalaciones viejas, descuidadas y muy dañadas. Nuestra habitación se inundó y mi equipaje sufrió daños. Habia humedad en las paredes, los espejos y puertas, todo oxidado y muy dañado. Una compañera del viaje se cayó aparatosamente en el muelle porque las tablas estaban sueltas y los clavos estan por fuera. Las bicicletas a disposicion de renta, estan oxidadas, los cojinetes rotos y 2 de nosotros sufrimos golpes con moretones enormes en la ingle por eso, porque además la calle de acceso al hotel esta en condición deplorable. La limpieza y mantenimiento en general del hotel no es buena. Las únicas buenas referencias es que si está frente a la laguna y la ubicacion es buena, se encuentra a solo 5 minutos del centro de Bacalar.

We had a great time! If you’re looking for a 5 start resort - this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with your kids that offers an all inclusive option, this is it. The food and service was great. It’s a little far from town, but you can walk there. The pool and waterfront was very nice. The only downside is that the rooms need to be deep cleaned and renovated. There is a bit of mildew on the walls and the bathrooms smell a bit. Overall - a good stay! I would recommend the pontoon boat tour of the lake. We had a lot of fun!

fue muy malo, el hotel hay una parte que esta en construcción y eso no se menciona, no es como esta en las fotos, los balos huelen muy mal y me querian cobrar de más cuando ya había hecho la reservación.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Bacalar Lake, which was amazing. Also, you can swim into the lake, when the tide is slow. The worst part, the hotel doesn't have Wi-Fi service, food service in the restaurant all day and sometimes, doesn't have hot water for take a shower.

No regresaría.
Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, las fotos no corresponden al 100% con las instalaciones actuales. El espacio necesita mucho mantenimiento. De los 3 días que estuve y 2 noches solo una noche hubo agua caliente.

Muy descuidado, sucio, las toallas escasas tardaron horas en entregarlas y cuando por fin las entregaron estaban deshulachadas y viejas, los colchones terribles, la habitación sin sillas, mala experiencia, demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen, no lo recomiendo 😏

No dormimos hay ni una sola noche de la reservación ya q el sr David Gallardo nos habló como a las 8:30 pm del día de la reservación para decirnos q no habían habitaciones disponibles supuestamente x q estaba descompuesto ei aire acondicionado. Q no teniamos ningun pago echo x lo cusl no era compromiso del hotel recibirnos, y cuando le comprobé q estaba pagada la reservación se movio y nos mando al concepto PIER donde muy gentil el Sr Edgar nos resolbio nuestro problema. Aun asi el Sr David fue muy irresponsable no tiene ética para estar en ese puesto.

A lot of construction. The wifi doesn't work and the cable didn't either. The staff was really really nice. The hotel doesn't look like the pictures.

Esta en remodelación, no fue grata la experiencia
El hotel se encuentra en remodelación, aún hay áreas antiguas con escombro acumulado, no hay sistema de televisión en el edificio principal, el agua caliente se tuvo que solicitar y tardo aproximadamente una hora en solucionarse, hice una reserva de 4 personas y solo pudieron darme dos toallas y dos batas en sustitucion de toallas, instalaciones que requieren de remodelación y mejoramiento de las áreas verdes ya que a su alrededor prácticamente es el hotel más feo y descuidado, no tiene muelle y el barco de la excursión se tiene que pegar a la punta del hotel y es peligroso. Lo único que se reconoce es la atención del personal que siempre fue amable y atento.

This property was terrible. Its was like friday the 13th situation. We cancelled our stay with expedia and explained we were afraid to discuss with hotel staff and left the property. It was too dangerous for the kids and there was a lot of construction going on. With Covid restrictions and all this location was a dump and there was no cleanliness. Im now having to fight for a refund and they are refusing to return it. Expedia should not have them on their list of places to stay. The pictures are deceiving.

Amazing place
I loved staying at XO Bacalar. Very eco friendly and right next to the lake. It is a place for people looking to experience nature and the simple life. If you are looking for a glamorous place this is not your place, but if you are looking for great places that care about you an the environment, stay there. Customer service is amazing.

Pésimo hotel!
El hotel es exhibido en la pagina con un nombre, y cuando llegas a el tiene otro nombre, no ofrece la que vende, no hay televisión ni estacionamiento, y no te enseñan las fotos reales del hotel, solo publican las fotos de las mejores vista de la laguna, en lo general por el precio pagado no lo recomiendo
