Our location, just 9 blocks from the bustling town center, plunges you into an authentic experience, immersed in vibrant local life. The central park stands as a charming stage where local crafts, typical cuisine, and the lively atmosphere of restaurants and bars create a captivating atmosphere. We suggest visiting this effervescent spot during the afternoons, where you can share the ambiance with tourists and listen to the locals' conversations, still spoken in their ancestral Mayan language.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private garden, outdoor dining area, barbecue zone, and loungers overlooking the lagoon. You'll also have direct access to the lagoon for swimming or kayaking, with kayaks provided for your use. The parking area is available for one vehicle, ensuring convenience during your stay.

Main Level:
The open-plan living and dining areas blend seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for meals and gatherings. Expansive sliding doors open to the outdoors, inviting fresh air and natural light. The elegant full bathroom on this level is convenient for guests.

Upper Level:
The second level of the villa is designed to provide comfort and restful nights for all guests. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, perfect for unwinding after a day at the lagoon.

The second bedroom offers a practical and comfortable bunk bed, with a queen-size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, also equipped with air conditioning—ideal for families or groups.

Between them is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a floor fan, naturally cooled through air circulation from the adjacent bedrooms, creating a pleasant environment for sleeping.

All three bedrooms have direct access to a balcony overlooking the lagoon, a lovely spot to enjoy the breeze, sunrise, and sunset views. The bedrooms share a full bathroom that is conveniently located for easy access.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside to enjoy a lush garden with a private lagoonfront area. Relax on loungers, dine al fresco, or fire up the barbecue. Kayaks are available for your adventures on the water, while the spacious outdoor dining area is perfect for evening gatherings.

- Room 1: Queen bed.
- Room 2: Bunk bed (1 single bed, 1 double bed).
- Queen Sofa bed for 2 people available in the upper living area.

- You can get to bacalar in different ways, the airports of Cancun and Merida are approximately 380 km away, however from Cancun consider a trip with more traffic so it is slower. The Chetumal airport is only 35 km away but you will surely have to make an air connection in Mexico City. From any of the above points you can arrive by road either by car or bus and whose station is located a few blocks from the property. The town is small and you can get around on foot from the property to the main points of interest or in the local taxis at low cost.

- The air conditioning system automatically turns off when doors are open or rooms are unoccupied to conserve energy.
- Mosquito nets are not installed to enhance natural airflow, though fumigation is conducted regularly. Guests may encounter some insects due to the villa’s lush surroundings, so we recommend bringing insect repellent.
- Some areas of the villa, such as stairs and the lagoon front, may pose risks for young children, so adult supervision is essential.
- Drinking water is not provided, so consider purchasing bottled water upon arrival.
- Occasional maintenance may be required due to the rural location, but we are always available to assist with any issues promptly.
