Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Our Habitas Bacalar – Adults Only
Wonderful oasis of relaxation right in the middle of the jungle by the lagoon. Very courteous and attentive staff, great amenities and clean room! Love the shala and classes offered. Food is also fresh and delicious. Facials are recommended. Would definitely go back!

great location. step away to lagoon. I would like to mention that with Aakal Lagoon front to ride pontoon or kayak it is on your door step. no need to pay extra beach club for this activities
