"Great breakfast with lots of options and convenient location. Only complaint is that the AC in our room didn’t work and it was very hot at night even with the window open. "

" Very haphazard room layout. Sprawling building and room numbering makes little sense. Not properly explained at check in, and despite asking for an easy to get to room I had to take two lifts and steps with a heavy case. When I asked for help with my case in checkout I was told ‘we don’t have a bell service’. A technician kindly helped me."

"Check in was friendly and helpful. Our room on lower floor was a little noisy, so would suggest requesting an upper level. Small issue. Room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable. Close to all sites, shops and restaurants. Really good."
