Hôtel très ancien et très mal entretenu, mais vue le prix cela peu être acceptable. J’ai trouve que la literie était très ferme. Sinon l’hôtel est idéalement situer on peu faire plein de visite à pied.

We chose this hotel as it was very near all the ruins of Ayuttaya. It’s a very pretty hotel very much in keeping with the style of the area which added to our Ayuttaya experience. The staff were very friendly; they made lovely Thai food in the evening which we ate sitting under cooling trees outside. They booked a tuk tuk driver (reasonably priced) for us for the next day to go around the ruins For breakfast beforehand we chose fresh mango and Thai food again (Western food was an option) This hotel was a perfect choice for our Ayuttaya stay.

Khun Jane's place is well located to all the major sites. It's in a residential area. Just walk a block and you're on the main road. Easy to catch transport to all the ruins of interest. She's a great cook. Fresh towels and clean sheets, water, great air and WIFI. Staff friendly and go out of their way. Cheap laundry service, rooms are very inexpensive. Stayed a month. Will go back next time. She has an upscale resort if you prefer, newer but not as close. And pricier. Old Palace could use some renovations, but then the price would have to reflect that. Very satisfied with Khun Jane's place. Would stay there again. oh, comfy bed.

We stayed here for a night and we were pleased with the location and most of all the staff. They were very kind and helpful. They have a small menue and the food is very good. The room was simple and had all the nessecities for a night. You can rent scooter or bike to visit the city. Overall we recommend this hotel but do not expect a 5 star hotel.

Hôtel plutôt rustique mais correct
L'aménagement en vieux bois de la réception manque un peu de fini, de même que celui de la cour où règne un certain désordre . Les tables extérieures et les bancs sont composés de troncs d'arbres qui donnent cet aspect rustique et ne sont pas d'un grand confort, mais on s'y fait.

The staff were excellent , very helpful and friendly. They were very good at recommending places to see. For the price, the value was very good.

Dopo il gran pasticcio che sono Bangkok, Chiangmai e Chiangrai, qua come a Sukhotai il problema delle distanze viene risolto da un buon guidatore di tuctuc. Costa 300 baht all'ora ma son poi solo 8 euro. Io viaggio solo, ma per una coppia è un affare da non perdere. Pensa lui a tutto! Ma... non chiedetegli sconti... rilassatevi e basta. Il buon Chai è venuto pure a riprendermi alla stazione dopo una mia gita a Lop Buri. Il resort è defilato, ma non è un inconveniente se si usa questo sistema che a Chiangmai o a Chiangrai mi pare impossibile. Qui, volendo, c'è servizio di ristorante, a prezzo contenuto.

Old yes, palace no!
Was extremely disappointed. The place is really run down and in need of a good clean and modernisation. Quite far out from most places of interested. We hired bikes which worked out well. Breakfast was good. Compared with all our other budget places this has been disappointing. The actual hotel looked nicer than the bungalow.

Geweldig hotel!!
Geweldig hotel en een super gastvrij gezin die je verblijf in hun hotel zeer aangenaam maakt. De Engelse taal goed beheersen en alles wat in hun mogelijkheden ligt ook doen voor hun gasten. Je verlaat het hotel met een fijn waardevol gevoel. Dikke pluim voor dit hotel!!!

Toller Aufenthalt - Nette Familie
Tolles, einfaches Resort. Waren für zwei Nächte dort und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Hatten einen Bungalow mit Bad, Klima und Terrasse. Frühstück war einfach aber lecker. Fahrrad-und Rollerverleih für 50 bzw. 250 THB. Das Wichtigste: Die Familie ist super nett und kümmert sich voll und ganz um die Gäste. Haben für uns die Bustickets für die Weiterreise organisiert. Auch kann man sich vor der Abreise noch duschen nachdem man bereits ausgecheckt hat. Das einzig negative war die viel zu harte Matratze. Gerne wieder.

Très bel hôtel à petit prix
Un petit hôtel tres sympathique pratiquant des prix relativement corrects. Une mention spéciale à la propriétaire de l'hôtel qui se met à votre disposition pour vous aider et vous donner toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin. Nous sommes ainsi passés par l'hôtel pour toutes nos réservations. C'est également la propriétaire qui cuisine dans le tout petit restaurant de l'hôtel. Des plats thaïlandais savoureux !

Friendly host but dated rooms.
The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but extremely dated, and not as advertised on the two pictures. The location, although reasonably close to the centre, still required us to take a tuk tuk to wherever we need to go.

Not convenient for anything.
Too far from everything. A tuktuk ride on long walk along a busy road into town and food options. Clean room but bare of any storage space or table/flat surface. We moved and got much better for our money.

Cheap Rooms Slightly Out of the Way
The hotel is a bit out of the center of Ayutthaya so slightly inconvenient in terms of restaurant options etc. The rooms all have glass doors so once you pull apart the curtains everyone can see everything. But the place is very good value.

The hotel was very good value for the money. It had a great location, only a short distance to the cultural sights. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. You can even rent a bike and book your bus tickets with no surcharge there.
