Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa
One of the better stays in Vail we've had in awhile. Room was solid & clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was helpful. Great restaurants within the hotel and there was always entertainment/live music in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

Overall, the hotel is very tired and worn out. The fact that there are only 2 elevators in the entire sprawling facility is woefully inadequate.
