The Space:
This beautiful, bright condo is the perfect place to enjoy the mountains. It is our primary home and we are excited to be able to share it with you to make your own mountain memories with friends and family.
The condo is located in between Vail and Beaver Creek and less than half a mile from the ECO bus stop that can take you to either one if you don't want to drive or pay to park in the garages.
Right when you walk in, the mudroom has plenty of cubbies and drawers for you to stash coats, shoes and gear.
A spacious, open living room/dining room on the entry level has a big, comfortable couch for snuggling up after a day on the slopes as well as a 6-top dining table to accommodate delicious group meals. There's a large, wall-mounted TV. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to log into your streaming accounts and watch anything you want.
The well-stocked kitchen makes it possible to whip up whatever you're in the mood for. It's got all the basics you need during your stay: pots and pans, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, plates and silverware, Nespresso machine, and toaster. You'll also have basic condiments like oil and spices. Anything left over in the cabinets or fridge are also fair game!
Downstairs has two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed with a twin trundle underneath. The second has a double bed and a television, as well as a desk that can be set up or kept under the bed if not in use. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a vanity with tons of drawers to stash toiletries.
The master bedroom is located upstairs for additional privacy. It has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and a large vanity as well. All bedrooms have light-blocking shades so that you can sleep in on your vacation!
On the downstairs level, there is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer and plenty of room to hang gear to dry or fold clothes. You'll also find extra cleaning supplies and paper products in there.
There is a gas grill on the porch for guest use as well as a table and two chairs. Porch is shared with the neighbors, who are very friendly!
The unit has one dedicated parking spot very close to the walkway.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole condo during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
Eagle Vail is a small, walkable neighborhood in Avon. In the summer, Eagle Vail golf course is right out the door. In the winter, it turns into cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails to enjoy.
Getting Around:
The unit has one assigned parking space and two unassigned parking spaces (first-come, first-serve).
Other Things to Note:
The fireplace is not functional.
Please note there are stairs outside to access the unit itself as well as stairs inside the unit to access different levels (including the restrooms). This unit is likely not suitable for guests with mobility issues. We have included pictures for your reference.
You'll be conveniently located minutes from grocery stores, Walmart, local restaurants and the Vail Brewing Company.
