Vaulted ceilings, large windows with amazing panoramic views of the Beaver Creek mountains, a premier locale situated on the slopes with lifts right behind it – this ski-in/ski-out townhouse is ideally located for winter and summer vacations. Skiers will rejoice with the slopes only 75 yards from the front door and a linking chairlift to the beginner’s runs; the main Centennial Express gondola is just one minute down the skiway. A large on-site ski locker makes storing and accessing gear a breeze.
In summer, the Beaver Creek tennis center comes to life on the slopes, and from the Village Center to the Golf Club, every facility is within short walking distance.
Right outside the front door, you’ll find gorgeous hiking, mountain biking, and road cycling beginning and ending with the ride up and down the mountain access to the Village. Free, on-demand shuttle transportation is available, offering transport to the Village itself, the main chairlifts (5 mins), restaurants throughout Beaver Creek, the Golf Club, and Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. Additionally, there is a regular shuttle service to Avon town center and Vail. Head to the Nordic Center near Strawberry chairlift in the Village for skiing and snowshoe lessons, and enjoy ice skating all year.
Enter the open living area to be greeted by exceptional views of the mountains. The kitchen with granite countertops hosts a variety of stainless steel appliances with everything you need to feed a crowd. It extends into the dining area and an adjacent warm and friendly lounge area with a decorative electric-wood stone fireplace. The lounge has reading material, a 32” TV with cable, an Apple TV with Netflix (and other streaming apps), a Bose Soundlink, a Sonos Soundbar, reading material, and a variety of games. A deck off the dining area has chairs, a small table, and a fabulous view.
Head downstairs to the primary bedroom, with a king bed and equally sumptuous views across the Beaver Creek tennis courts and the mountains. Snuggle with a loved one and share a late-night movie on the 28” TV. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and heated towel rack, as well as a walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom lies across the hall with two double beds, a desk, and a 28” TV. An adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower. Down another flight of stairs, you’ll find the third and fourth bedrooms - both with extensive views and TVs. The third bedroom is an ideal second suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two in the driveway (there is no garage access).

Overall the property is in great location, good to have the shuttle, good space for a large family. If you walk up a few yards you can ski in/ ski out, great benefit.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s much bigger, cleaner and nicer than they lead to be and the location is amazing. You’re a few steps right out the door to the lift and if you have non skiers in the group the shuttle takes them anywhere they want in the village with in minutes. Never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to be at the door. I would stay here everytime if I was able too.

great ski in ski out. we wore our ski gear about 50 steps out the door. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with anything you may need. even breakfast items. the view was great. the hot tub was too far and we didn't use it. and we couldn't figure out the jets in the master bathtub, but overall, clean and convenient. the fire place didn't seem to warm the room. there was a wire sticking out of it which seemed unusual.

We loved our stay at the Meadows S4 Condo in Beaver Creek. It is about a mile drive to the village, but we had a car and we were able to ski in Vail as well as Beaver Creek. It is ski in, ski out, but we found it very convenient to park the car at the Gerald Ford Center parking lot, and literally take a couple of escalators up to the slopes and the Centennial Lift. The unit is very spacious, and very clean. Tons of amenities, including whirlpool baths in the unit. Loved it, and look forward to coming back soon!

Location was great. True ski in/out.
Biggest issues were the Dishwasher does not work and we were told we were out of luck; the garbage disposal was leaking which made for a constant verification on the water situation and no follow-up from maintenance. One of the bottom floor tubs did not fill which we never reported since it was late in the trip and we were frustrated to find one more maintenance item. Trip was still fantastic and the house was clean!

Overall, this fit our family of 6 well. The living area is on the main floor - with no restroom, and the bedrooms are all below. Getting around BC via their shuttle is easy, and it appears we could have skied in/out had the mountain been fully opened.
It was clean and overall good for our three day stay.
The negatives are: the toiletries are dollar store quality (dove bar soap and shampoo; single ply (or half-ply if that's possible), toilet paper, Maxwell House coffee, etc.). At this price point, I would expect something better than motel-quality. Additionally, the construction of the building is a bit on the cheap side - you can clearly hear running water from showers, the heat is not well distributed/insulated, etc. For our short stay, this wasn't a huge deal, but, again, for the money, at least the amenities could be addressed.

We had a great time and were pleased to find a perfect ski in/out route. I was not pleased with the non-disclosed 6% uplift on my original quote. Be aware if booking thru multiple sources (VRBO, etc...). When I lodged my complaint property mgmt. never contacted me personally. Cleaning crew was late and delayed our entry until 4PM. Clean but slow, need to work on that.

Halfway through our stay the fire alarm went off in all units nearby including ours. After about 20 minutes the fire department arrived and the alarm stopped. The unit next to us had construction going on and they hit some sort of line which triggered the sprinkler system. I get it - it's not our unit so our rental company certainly did not cause this problem. But it's how you react to problems - that is what defines the customer service experience. Our sprinklers were not on but the stench of the sprinkler sewage water was awful. You couldn't be anywhere in our unit for more than five minutes or you'd get sick to your stomach. It took more than 36 hours for the rental company to send anyone to us. This person, Nina, also agreed it was terrible and suggested we move. She said someone else would be by to check on us in 30 minutes. That never happened. We were never offered move options. We are a family of seven with an infant and we couldn't be in our place longer than five mutes at a time in the dead of winter. None of us slept the second half of our trip because we laid near windows cracked open to try and breathe fresh air instead of rotting water smell. Fans did not help. Fabreeze and ozone machines did nothing. The smell did not decrease or get better with time. TurnKey management originally said give it time. I gave it 12 hours. They did not reply. I reached out again and they said sorry we'll send someone - which they did 24 hours after that. They offered me xx dollars in return. What a joke! Living in rotting water smell in the dead of winter and it takes them a full 36 hours for anyone to show. They never offered to move us. I asked for half of our expenses back because we lived in the disgust for half of our trip. We were checking out to go home and they offered xx additional dollars. as an apology. The communication was weak. The action was absent. The unit did not have paper towels. There were no rug pads under the rugs on the hardwood so the rugs slid all over the place and we would trip over them. Drawers on the fridge were broken when we arrived. These minor things could have been over looked easily - and I was prepared to just give a tip of what could elevate a great location for families. After dozens of text messages we finally did get some more cash back from our stay but nowhere near half of our time spent in filth. I am very disappointed in Turnkey and we'll never. book with them again.

This condo is warm and inviting with a spectacular view, and has everything you need for a great trip. We’ve stayed in a lot of places around BC (Highlands, St. James, Charter) and this condo is our favorite so far. The kitchen is well-stocked, the towels are thick and soft, and the beds are comfie. They even provided small bath products like a hotel would, which was a nice touch. There are lots of books and board games. There’s a second beverage fridge/bar for drink overflow. The balcony was larger than expected (seats 4) and has a small grill. But more than anything — it’s the view. Just sitting in the living room looking out those huge windows — it’s special.
We were there in the summer. We loved the pool and all the fun outdoor games and concerts down in the village center. Yes, the condo is up a bit farther up the hill — but that’s what makes the views so great. The walk to the village is easy, and the free shuttle is amazingly quick and convenient. You just summon it on an app like you would an Uber. For us, it was usually there within 3 minutes no matter where we were or wanted to go within the village.
A note about the tennis center being right there — obviously in the winter you won’t notice anything at all. In the summer, you will have the windows open and you will for sure hear the morning tennis camps/lessons. For us, it was not loud enough to bother us — it was kind of like background noise — but I can see someone not liking it if they were hoping to wake up each morning to just breezes and the sounds of nature. The main activity was 8-11 am on weekdays and then the courts essentially cleared. We were usually up and out for a hike anyway so no big deal. The view from the condo pulls your eye above the courts so you don’t really notice them otherwise. And it is very, very quiet around the condo when no one is on the courts.
We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. We can see how this would be a wonderful ski-in/out condo as well, so we hope to be back for winter.

We had an incredible experience. It was our first time in Vail. It was a six minute drive to the lifts. Parking was super easy. The condo is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything about it is super cozy. It’s not the condos fault but I do have trouble sleeping and wish the pillows would’ve been a little better quality. But that’s being super picky. It’s a fantastic place

Our family enjoyed renting this property. Location was convenient to Beaver Creek, Avon, restaurants, hiking etc. The unit had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Only issue was the blinds in the master were broken and an unpleasant oder coming from the laundry room. Oder disappeared shortly after our arrival.

This unit is even more lovely in person and the views are stunning! We had a total of 8 people (two families with two kids each). Our kids ranges from 3-10 and this unit was perfect. You literally walk 10 steps and then ski to the lift. This was one of our favorite units in Beaver Creek and we definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this unit!

We chose our stay based on location which could not be beat! Management company was quick to respond to any needs. The decor and many items were dated, worn and could simply use a good washing. Check in and out was easy.

Really nice place. Very short walk up the street to access the path to the Highland lift (bunny hill) and from there it's a quick ski to Beaver
Creek center and the lifts to the top of the mountain. Unit was very comfortable and well appointed with everything you'd need. Great view as well.
