You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in the heart of Avon. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions close by with easy access to I-70

Several days prior to check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.
-Due to the unusually dry summer, Eagle County is now under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions. In response, the HOA Board has enacted an emergency smoking ban, effective August 15th. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes all outdoor areas such as patios, balconies, breezeways, stairwells, and lawns. Please note: Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.
