This expansive home has been exquisitely renovated with elegant, comfortable furnishings and a sophisticated interior. You’ll discover indoor and outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing from your days enjoying all the mountain adventures this world-class resort has to offer. Soak in the private hot tub, enjoy family movie night in the theater room, or send the kids up to the game room while the adults gather around the fireplace in the living room.

The main level of this luxury Beaver Creek retreat is designed to impress, featuring vaulted ceilings that create an airy, light-filled space with views of Grouse Mountain. The centerpiece is a stunning wood-burning fireplace that depicts the Mount of the Holy Cross. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with professional-grade appliances, including three refrigerator/freezers, and a spacious island. Fuel up for the day’s activities at the breakfast nook that seats 8. At the end of the day, enjoy each other’s company over a meal in the dining room where 12 guests can fit comfortably around the table.

Off the kitchen is an office/den that provides a quiet space to work, making this home as functional as it is luxurious.

For a peaceful night’s sleep, guests will find privacy and comfort in the home’s eight bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the upper level where you’ll wake up to the beautiful view of the ski runs of Beaver Creek. This luxurious escape is easily accessible by the home’s elevator and has a king bed, gas fireplace, and TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, jetted tub, and dual vanity.

There are two more ensuite king bedrooms on this upper level, in addition to three king bedrooms on the main level, all with ensuite bathrooms.

On the home’s lower level, the children in the group will delight in a room with 4 twin beds and a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen Murphy bed and shares an ensuite bathroom with the home gym.

The gym is equipped with a Tonal machine, elliptical trainer, free weights and steam room.

Founders Lodge’s entertainment spaces include a theater room on the lower level and a game room with gaming tables on the upper level. The home is equipped with a Savant entertainment center that controls 11 audio zones throughout the home.

The outdoor living is as spectacular as indoors, with a private hot tub and a Michael Phelps Signature Swim Spa. This specialty swim spa has an area for stationary swimming, aqua jogging or walking, and seats on one end with massaging jets. The back patio has a cascading water feature and koi pond in summer, while the upper deck is perfect for sunrise yoga or slope side après after skiing. Out on the large, heated front patio you'll enjoy expansive views of Beaver Creek.

For guests’ convenience, the home features an elevator, air conditioning, high-speed Internet, a gas grill, heated driveway, two-car garage, and parking for 4 additional vehicles in the heated driveway. A laundry room on the lower level has two full-size washers and dryers. The home is also accessible with an entry ramp and elevator servicing all three levels.

SKI / VILLAGE ACCESS
During the winter months, guests will access President Ford’s Ski Run from the upper level of the home. You’ll pick up your gear in the locker room and walk a few stairs up to the run. You’ll ski down to the Strawberry Park Lift. In summer, you can enjoy a leisurely, short walk down to Beaver Creek village.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

SHUTTLE
During your stay in Beaver Creek, you will have access to the resort's complimentary shuttle, using the convenient Village Connect App. It operates from 7am-midnight and will pick up and drop off directly in front of Founders Lodge giving you easy access to the ski slopes or restaurants in Beaver Creek Village.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
