You can dine outside, relax together with family and friends by the splendid private pool, and enjoy breathtaking views!
This villa is an excellent base for visiting the Cassibile Nature Reserve; the famous cities of Marzamemi, Modica and Noto; the beaches of Fontane Bianche; and beautiful Ragusa, Syracuse, and nearby Avola (just 10 km away).
At guests’ disposal: 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; private saltwater pool (9,7 x 3,7 meters; 1,5 meters deep); private garden; outdoor space furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining; Wifi internet; air conditioning; parking.
