- This house is in a fabulous position and features an observation deck with views from one end of the coast to the other. It is a beautifully furnished and presented tri-level home with access to the beach via Austral Ave or Avoca Drive via a steep set of stairs from the premises.

Review for 16 Ascot Avenue
Overall was a good experience. The house was a touch cold, there was no gas in the bbq tanks, there was no kindling or fire wood other than building timber blocks which weren’t ideal for the fire, and an empty pack of fire starters. Great view, great location.
