"My wife and I have stayed at this property once before and was fine This time wasn’t as good and will not go back Check in was ok but when we got to the room it was very hot and we noticed ac wasn’t working Took all of our things back down stairs to the desk to request a different room Was told point blank well you’re just going to have to wait Zero customer service Finally got keys to another room and that room was okay Hotel charges 50.00 deposit on room which is fine but they double charged our credit card since we got a second room instead of transferring over from one room to the next Now waiting for 100.00 pending charge to drop from hotel reservation I wouldn’t be annoyed if the customer service would have been better and things were handled properly "

"Convenient chek-in. Very helpful staff. Remodeled and clean room. We loved the shared back deck and walking a few feet to the beach. The shared areas are never crowded. Just absolute chill! Just what we needed for our anniversary! Only suggestion is some type of traction on bathtub floor. Very slippery. "

"Did not have any meals on property. Rather expensive when there are so many wonderful options around town. Parking was ample. Rooms show a little age, and the pillows are crap, but you can request foam pillows. Overall it is a good place to stay with oceanfront balconies. "
