"As a new property, few things need to be adjusted and I am sure they will be shortly. I am writing this review to thank Kadir for one of the best services I have got in a hotel in my life, And I can say I travel quite a lot. He made my stay absolutely wonderful. Kadir, the hotel is very lucky to have you as their employee! There is no parking, although it was described as present, but it was easy to find a parking space nearby everyday at anytime of the day. "It’s was a clean hotel. Nothing average with the price. They need to fix phones for communication though. Fix the water drainage in the bathroom.

"Very good, 24hr access (and check-in), very professional staff, nice new rooms and great service. You can ask for more water, soap, towels, etc. at any time.
Good price, and a location close to the main road (for transport)

"Amazing stay in the hotel. All staff were excellent and manager was good and helpful he guided us where to travel around Istanbul. I definitely recommend anyone going for a trip to stay in this hotel because manager was no doubt 100% will make your stay enjoyable and will help you out"

"This place is a great value compared to other options you can book in İstanbul. The building is new, and our studio apartment was also new (I think all the rooms are), with everything clean and shiny. The owner and staff are very nice, polite, and always ready to help or answer your questions about İstanbul.
At first, it looks like the property is far from the city, but it’s actually not that far. There’s a huge shopping mall just about 5-minute walk away. If you like to see local İstanbul (I mean local local) just pass the highway bridge across the Pelican mall and you will be in Cihangir, Avcilar with tons of local restaurants and cafes with very reasonable prices witch you will love.
We didn’t have a car, but it was easy to get around İstanbul by taxi or bus.
You can take a taxi (make sure to use the Bitaksi or Uber app) to the "Küçükçekmece metro" station, which is the closest one. It costs about 7–8 USD. From there İstanbul is yours, you can go anywhere in İstanbul."
