"Our stay at the Omni Royal Orleans was absolutely amazing! My sister and I stayed from the 15th–20th for food culture and Mardi Gras, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after long days exploring the city. The hotel staff truly made the experience unforgettable — everyone was so kind, accommodating, quick, and helpful with every little detail. The level of hospitality was top tier from start to finish. The location was also perfect for enjoying all the excitement, food, and culture New Orleans has to offer. We felt welcomed the entire trip and would absolutely stay here again. "Staff was very nice…Savannah, Michael and Virginia at the front desk, and Jocelyne that we met at the lobby/main floor. Your valet (although a bit expensive) was an impecable service. Room was clean (just please remember to fill up the shampoo and body wash bottles :)). Hotel is super well located basically close to everything walking distance! We would stay again :) thank you for a sweet experience at NOLO!!!"

"March 6 place was just great room a little far from the elevator, but that was OK. We had a great time. It was a great hotel to stay in and this is about our 6 to 7 times. Stay there we will stay there again thank you."

"The staff here in particular the front end (Betsy) and the gentleman who held our bags were phenomenal. I would recommend a change in the pillows and the flooring, it was soft in some spots. The beds were comfortable. The balcony view was great. The location was good to all amenities. Noise level was low near Bourbon street. I would have enjoyed lounging at the pool, however there were only 3 Thank you!"
