"Extremely disappointing stay.
The room and bathroom were not clean on arrival, and basic amenities such as conditioner and toothpaste were not provided. The air conditioning did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower, which are fundamental services that should be available in any hotel.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the concierge, who was rude and unhelpful when assistance was requested.
I raised these issues through Expedia after my stay, but the hotel declined to offer any compensation or take responsibility for the problems experienced.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."
