Located in the heart of Zilker, this stunning garage apartment is the perfect place to enjoy our unique city's attractions. Walk downstairs, and you are steps away from Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Umlauf Sculpture Garden, and all the shine of Barton Springs Boulevard. This lovely space features 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room so the apartment can sleep 4 guests. There are floor-to-ceiling windows and attractive features throughout the area with an ample living room with large smart TV, a full kitchen with a tall dining room table and chairs, gigantic walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, comfy queen bed in the bedroom and is well-suited to any enlightened traveler. We invite you to share in good company and stay awhile with Renters Club.

Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
-The garage apartment is attached to the main house in which the owner resides full time. There is a separate entrance for the garage apartment. Owner in main house has pets.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. Sorry.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Great Getaway

This is a great apartment that makes you feel like you are staying in a luxurious treehouse. The space was clean and well appointed. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
