From this location, you’re a short drive or bike ride to UT Austin, The Triangle, and the vibrant Burnet Road corridor, home to some of the city’s best coffee shops, local eateries, and eclectic boutiques. Within minutes, you can be at Pease Park, Shoal Creek Trail, or enjoying Austin’s famous nightlife and live music downtown.



Whether you’re here to soak up Austin’s quirky culture, explore the outdoors, or settle in for a work trip, this neighborhood gives you easy access to it all while still feeling relaxed and residential.





GETTING AROUND



Getting around from The Flamingo is a breeze! Located just off Bull Creek Road in Central Austin, you’ll have multiple options to explore the city with ease:



Driving & Rideshare: Quick access to Mopac (Loop 1) makes it simple to reach Downtown, UT Austin, or North Austin within minutes. Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Public Transit: Capital Metro bus routes run along Bull Creek and nearby Lamar Blvd, connecting you to UT Campus, The Triangle, and Downtown.



Biking & Scooters: Austin is scooter- and bike-friendly, with plenty of rentable scooters and bikes to hop on for a quick ride to nearby shops, restaurants, or parks.



Passenger Train: The Crestview Station (MetroRail Red Line) is just a short drive away, offering service north toward the Domain or south into Downtown.



Airport: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 20–25 minutes by car, making arrivals and departures smooth and convenient.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire suite and it is yours to enjoy.



Stays of 2 people will enjoy full privacy, while stays of 4 or 5 will share the living room sleeping space together.



Laundry is a shared common space in the Laundry room of the property, main level near unit 105



Property includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room (with Sofa Bed), Dining and bar top seating area



Other Things to Note:

LAUNDRY



You’ll have access to shared laundry facilities in the dedicated laundry room on the main level just beyond unit 105. Machines are pay-per-use, so bring a few quarters or a card depending on the machine type.



I.D. VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION



To help keep our home (and your stay) safe, we work with a trusted third-party partner, Truvi, for quick I.D. verification and simple damage protection. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete the process—it only takes a couple of minutes.



You’ll be able to choose one of the following:



Damage Waiver: $35 USD (non-refundable, no deposit required)



Damage Deposit: $500 USD (refundable, subject to a small processing fee)



Most guests prefer the waiver option since it’s quick and hassle-free.



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available to assist the Guests through the Airbnb app as required from 7am - 10pm, and available for Emergency items via our support line thereafter.
