Austin apartment
The property was clean and well represented in the photos. The location was very good in proximity to high ways shopping and in town. The host responded quickly to concerns and questions.. My only negatives was the living room furniture being uncomfortable and hard for older people to get up off of. That being a very small low sofa.

Wonderful!
This was a super cozy place, and the owner was super communicative and prioritized making my stay as comfortable as possible. Would 100% stay here again - it was exactly what I was looking for for my trip to Austin. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet Zu Beginn hatten wir Probleme mit dem Internet- die Vermieterin hat sich jedoch gleich gekümmert Die Dusche war außerdem undicht aber trotz Ankündigung kam niemand um sie zu reparieren Ansonsten alles es okay - es war einfach zu heiss als wir in Austin waren

Great stay
We had a great experience staying here. Parking was easy and location was excellent. Amenities were also great and the place was kept very clean. However, shower was a little confusing to use.

Lost in Translation
We got our in formation sent confirming our booking from V R B O. with the host contact name and contact number, we asked if we could get access to the property earlier around Noon if possible or at least to drop off bags, we are in our late 60's we came to Austin by Amtrak arrived at 09.30 am we got a reply saying ok 12 was fine we had no car only using Uber. The day before we arrived we got a message saying 3 pm. the contact details provided on the VRBO only gave us the apartment address not the block it was in or the apartment number we tried to ask at the Tides sales office to be basically told to get out and the person who rented the apartment to you should have told us not to go in there for anything. we rang Mercy and eventually got the address location, on arrival Mercy was there !! anyway we got in and were able to gain access and cool down as it was 38* and heat warnings were in place, it seems we got the exact location from the Homeaway app but not the VRBO app as I say something got lost in translation, place as described . but felt like we were intruding on the Tides rentals ??

Amazing stay
I've never stayed where so many small items were available. The couch and shower head, are my only gripes. We will be booking again for next years conference though!
