The South Lamar area is near SoCo (South Congress), downtown, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on South Lamar you'll find many cheap eateries, cool thrift stores, and Austin classic dive bars.
Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.
Getting Around:
This home is tucked nicely away but close to downtown, making it an ideal location if you are coming for a major business event or concert, like ACL, F1 or SXSW.

This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
