- No pets are allowed in this vacation rental.

- Parking is on the street on a first come first serve basis.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors.
- Minimum smoking fee: $150. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Please do not leave any personal items on the patio.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.

To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
