We're excited to welcome you to this 3rd floor mid-century modern styled apartment with Smart TVs and walking distance to local amenities such as the local grocery stores, restaurants and nearby community bars/restaurants. In addition to this, nearby highway access makes commuting to midtown/downtown Austin and Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Leander a breeze. In addition to this, we're located approximately 10 minutes from the domain when commuting outside of peak hours.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.
You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floor.
Please note that you may hear some noise from the ongoing construction in the building.
This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age, but we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Austin does have bugs, especially when it is hot. We do regular pest control. If you do see anything, let us know, and we can have someone come out. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs.
You'll be provided with basic amenities when you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply needs to be purchased on your own, especially for longer stays.
We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish. Please note the couch is slightly older and there is some light discoloration that may appear as staining. Rest assured that the unit has been sanitized and cleaned prior to arrival.
NOTE: Since your unit is on the 3rd floor, as Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection
The community pool is currently out of order due to maintenance. It is expected to be available again by the early third week of May or sooner.
We have two ring cameras out side of the property, above the door that is facing the hallway, and on the side facing the balcony. The camera records 24/7.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in upon request.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
