Absolutely perfect! I read the reviews. And am sorry to see that people blame the location for the people that are out on the streets. I was never uncomfortable. Traveling solo as a 60 woman - and still felt completely safe. Thank you for providing such a perfect stay for my time in Austin. I will definitely stay here again!!!!!

The property itself was super clean and modern. However, the location and building complex were not great at all, and actually below standard. The complex appeared to be undergoing a lot of renovation or some kind of remediation, which was unsightly, and is no fault of the owner, nor the condition of the surrounding neighborhood. But it would be helpful to let potential customers be aware of the current conditions of the complex so they can make a more informed choice about staying there or not.

Great location and very clean. Close to downtown without being in the craziness of downtown. Close to good food and fun bars but not so close you can hear the riff raff.

Great location and perfect spot

The neighbourhood seemed a little sketchy but once I arrived at the apartment, it was sweet. Had everything I needed, comfortable bed, Roku, good shower, and minutes from downtown Austin. And Tam was very responsive!

The place was super clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking which allowed for a quiet night in. I have no complaints whatsoever!

Condo was very good, clean and all essentials provided. It was easy and quick to get to downtown by car or uber/lyft, but although it was a gated complex, the area was just a little 'sketchy'. However, it was really good value for money.

The apartment was clean, quiet. Nice walk in shower. Could use a few better knives to cut bread. Otherwise, suited our needs perfectly.

Nice place, very clean

We rented the condo for the weekend because we were going to a concert at the Moody Center. It’s not too far away and fairly easy to get to, which made the location very convenient. The condo itself was very spacious and clean—plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. One thing to note is that the water in the sinks doesn’t get hot, but the shower does, so that wasn’t a major issue for us. Also, the exit gate wasn’t closed due to construction. Overall, it was a great place to stay at a great price for our weekend plans.

The condo was as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. Not very far off Riverside Drive. Appears to be a fairly new remodel. The complex is old but under renovation and a lot of construction is being done. The area felt sketchy, but it seems like they are trying to upgrade.

Cute unit

Cute unit in Austin. Close to popular areas like Emo’s for concerts and shows. Surrounding units under renovation which should be nice when complete. Unit itself had good space, comfortable seating in living room, and updated features. Washer and dryer in unit a huge plus. Air conditioning only goes so low so unit was a little warm.
