Good afternoon Desha! We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Upon investigation the time of wait was less than 20 mins and the clerk was in the restroom at the time of your arrival. We apologize that the wait inconvenienced you and the reaction that was given to the clerk was not acceptable. In the future its best that you booked a room in another establishment that is better suited for you. Thank you.

Summer, we apologize for unpleasant experience you had at our motel. Front office door close at 10:00pm. We attended guests from the night window after 10.00 pm and you checked in at 1:30am. Noise coming from the McDonald is not in our control. We are trying our best to keep our Motel quite at night time.

Natalie, We apologies for the issue you had in your room, if you had called at the front desk, they would have taking care of your bedding and Ac issue. Thank you for rating our property.
