気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
The worst motel I've ever stayed.
I had booked a non-smoking room and paid the fee, but when I got there, the motel stuff told me that there is only one room available, which is a smoking room. He gave me a room key and told me to go to the room to see if I could stay in the room. The room smelled so bad, so I told him that I didn't like it. Then, he shakes his hand as if he was saying "then bye." But I had no place to stay, so I accepted the room. Next day, I found out that there are a bunch of roaches in the room including small and huge ones...So I went to buy a "Raid" and I killed at least 21 roaches during my stay. That was disgusting...Also, when I used the laundry machine, one of the dryers didn't work even if I put my money in. So I told the stuff, but she just told me to call the company for the refund. I thought she would return my money first and call the company to fix or pay the motel back. So it was shocking.
When I checked out this motel, I realized that all of my clothes and stuffs I had smelled cigarettes even though I had washed them all.
The good things about this hotel was the supermarket was very close and the housekeepers were nice.
