Located on the 6th floor in the Lighter Quay Stratis Block, this is a very sunny one bedroom apartment.

Unlimited wifi & TV included. Modern full equipped kitchen and laundry. Queen bed in the separate bedroom. A secure basement carpark downstairs. The apartment is serviced weekly with full linen change. Heated indoor pool, spa and gym are available for all residents.

Lighter Quay Complex is a quiet complex on the eastern side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants but far enough way to be peaceful. The modern glass and concrete design allows the light to fill every apartment, a private waterway/marina in the centre is a pleasant surprise. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Stratis Block is one of four blocks in the complex, it is on the eastern side of the complex and your apartment looks west.

Within walking distance to the Downtown Ferry Terminal and Britomart Central Station.
Carpark included with this apartment in the basement of the complex.

Key collection is from our office not from the complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
