オワスコ湖の東側にあるレイクフロントコテージ（Cottonwood Lane Firelane 4）メリーゴーラウンドプレイハウスから2マイル、オーバーン市から5マイル未満、スカネアトレス村からわずか8マイル。
セブンオークスは2階建てのコテージです。 メインフロアのリビングスペースには、キッチン、ダイニングルーム、湖を望む大きなファミリールーム、1つの大きなマスターベッドルーム、2番目のフルバスルーム、洗濯機、乾燥機があります。 2階のベッドルームと二段ベッドが隣接するスペースは、最大4人まで宿泊できます。
1日中素晴らしいウォーターフロントの景色を眺めることができ、夕方には息をのむような夕日を眺めながら食事とラウンジを楽しめる大きなデッキ。
平らなビーチとプライベートドックまで35段の階段があります。 あなたの楽しみのために、2つのカヤック、パドルボード、ビーチのファイヤーピット、デッキのガスグリルがあります。 私道には4つの駐車スペースがあります。

You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

The location is amazing! Easy access to the lake. The house itself is great - clean, well stocked, privacy, very comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will probably go back.

On a positive note, the wall of living room windows gave a wonderful view of the lake. The home was clean and comfortable. The one issue we had was that the 2nd bathroom was also down stairs. Because we are in our 70's, we could not use the upstairs, so my sister slept on the couch all week. The back deck and stairs have no outdoor lighting, making it difficult to navigate the stairs after dark. If these issues are addressed in the future, this would probably receive a higher rating

Stunning Lake House

Our stay at Seven Oaks was the highlight of our trip! The cottage sits perched over Lake Owasco. We sat and watched as a storm moved across the lake one night and we also sat and watched the sun set many nights. The home is more beautiful than photos can capture. It has everything you need, including a library if one should finish or forget their book! There are so many places to sit and enjoy the outside. The lake was beautiful. Don't forget your water shoes as it is rocky on the bottom and not for the soft soled!The owners were wonderful, always responsive and communicative. We love the local ice cream store, Tom Thumb. You indulge on deliciously large servings of ice cream while seated outside with a panoramic view of the lake. It is a simple 5 minute drive from the house. We would return in a heartbeat and were sad to say good-bye to this vacation retreat. Thank you for making a special place to escape to!

In a word: Perfect!

We were so happy with this property we reserved it for June. The owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the furniture was so comfy we hated to leave the living room. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet-perfect for walking our dog often.

Fantastic 2 Weeks @ Seven Oaks

The cottage served our needs perfectly. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. Sunsets and moon rises were stunning. Evening campfires by the lake were magical. We enjoyed hosting family and friends during our stay. Rick, the host, checked in on us periodically by text message. He picked up the trash and recyclables every few days. Amazing sunsets!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing lake vacation. The cottage was spacious, the furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The living room and large deck are facing west, providing the best sunset view every evening. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to activities in the town of Auburn. The dock was great for fishing and having kayaks available was a bonus. Rick’s hospitality is amazing! I would love to stay here again!

No downsides to this property at all. Lovely lake view without moving from the sofa. Beautiful sunsets. Great coffee pot and kitchen amenities. Comfortable furnishings, great deck, with lots of seating and quiet neighborhood. Great place to recharge ypur batteries.
