"not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! Then got police called on us as well!!!!! "

James was so easy to communicate with and made our stay extra special with the smores basket and breakfast supplies he had waiting for us! The views from every room are to die for and the fact that there were four kayaks available for our family to use made it possible for us all to enjoy the beauty of the lake together. Not as steep of a walk to the water as many other rentals on the lake and not a ton of stairs either. It was chilly when we were there but the mini split and pellet stove kept us super cozy. "We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place!"
