"No me gusto que no facturan, y estan limitados en asistir como obtener la factura de Expedia. El agua para llenar la tina contiene sedimentos y otras particulas que desconocemos su origen. Limita a uno hacer uso de la tina. En su pagina anuncia que es un hotel pet friendly pero tiene un cargo de $500 por noche que no lo anuncia hasta que uno se esta registrando. Considero esta discrepancia de mal estilo."

"Location was superb! It was such a cute hotel. The only downside was I booked a balcony suite with window view to the cathedral. The room was rained out the day prior so I was downgraded to regular room - no discount but she did throw in free breakfast to make up for it. It was yummy! The room was rather small. But clean, very cute and beds were comfy. Sink space in the bathroom was little to nothing. My son was in crutches and they let us borrow a wheelchair at no cost. Gym was small too, treadmill, elliptical and some free weights and bench. I was still able to lift though. :) Overall, I think with this hotel you’re paying for proximity to all the attractions so close. It is such a cute and nice place just don’t expect a lot of space. Staff were so kind and friendly. I would stay there again."

"Hotel is beautiful, great old charm. We had a room with a king size bed and the room was huge! So much space. Loved the hacienda style. Lots of little places to sit and relax. Also, the restaurant was delicious, food was great. The Italian restaurant was amazing! Location is excellent, close to Zocalo, Cathedral and other amenities. LOVE IT!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit!"

"The staff from concierge to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were incredible. I was disappointed that the room did not have a refrigerator. The door to the room was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The HVAC unit did not communicate with the remote control. The elevator did not stop exactly with the floors creating a tripping hazard and difficult to enter with anything having wheels. "
