"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). "We came out for a family funeral, 3 of us, and property was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, and a bonus was that we were a block from beach with restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again. Porch was nice also to sit outside and enjoy the beach breeze. "

"This is a relative small hotel between Gowanus and Park Slope. The rooms are very spacious and clean . The shower is very clean and convenient. The hotel has a small parking lot, which is a great plus. There are deli shops nearby that compensate for a lack of a restaurant on the premises. The hotel is one block away from 5th avenue with its restaurants and shopping stores . I returned to this hotel multiple times. It has a very good value for the money."

"Very accomdating staff, pleasant. Bed was very comfortable with plenty pillows, adjustable temp control that worked. The area aeemed quite safe but dining required a fair bit of walking. On arrival, I was given a list of restaurants and drug stores reasonably close but several blocks away. There were no shops on the block or the next, mostly a noncommercial area. Would stay again."

"It’s so obvious that this place is brand new because everything looked clean and new. Loved the towel, loved the bed sheets no stain, loved the view outside our window. Only cons is no microwave for left over food and when ur in the hallway you can hear people in their room so it’s not that sound proof. But all un all loved this place. "
