Thank you for checking out our listing! We love our little slice of heaven in Ocean City, NJ, the greatest family vacation spot on earth!

Our 'tiny' studio condo is located in the heart of the action, steps from the boardwalk and ocean, you don't even need to cross a street to get there. There are ocean, boardwalk and bay views. This unit is on the 5th Floor at The Hanscom (formerly the Homestead Beach Hotel), an Ocean City historical building. We provide linens and towels for the room.

Off season visit
In town for a wedding. Off season so kind of eery at night with no people around. Very close to boardwalk & ocean. Room was very clean & cozy.

This was exactly as advertised. A small place but perfect for a couple nights stay. The boardwalk and beach were just a block away and didn’t even have to cross a road to get there. Emily was also a great host with excellent communication!

Short stay for a 45th birthday. Perfect for the 2 of us. Great communication with host. Short walk to boardwalk and beach. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

Small but mighty!
This property includes everything we needed for our four night's day! Providing the beach tags and beach towels was a super bonus! Excellent location! Emily was very responsive to any questions we had. The building staff was pleasant and helpful, also. Parking can be very tricky, but not insurmountable. As long as you realize it's a small studio, it is a fabulous rental!

This was the perfect location for a short stay in Ocean City. Emily was very kind and responsive to all my questions. It was easy to find and had plenty of space to unload our car upon arrival.

Great stay!
We had a great stay and loved the location! Perfect spot, two blocks to the beach, close to restaurants and shops! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, provided all extra amenities which was really nice! Bed was comfy and there’s a second mattress under for extra sleeping space. Definitely recommend for a trip to Ocean City!
