**Please note this building is a triplex & this listing is for unit 2 which is the middle unit of the triplex. (1st & 2nd floor)**

This property is perfect for a shore home, w/ 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. It has a spectacular front porch for summer evening cocktails & conversation! You can see the incredible ocean views & enjoy your morning with views of the sunrise or ocean from the exquisite porch!

**You will need to walk up 1 flight of stairs (from ground level) to get to the Main front door of the home. This is the same front door that tenants in Unit 3 will use.

FIRST FLOOR
→ Large front Patio w/ seating to enjoy fresh air & breeze from the Ocean.
→ Spacious living room with Smart TV + local cable channels & apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. You will need to sign in with your credentials & don't forget to sign out!
→ Non working fireplace, but beautiful Mantle over fireplace.
→ Beautiful dining area (seats 8)
→ Updated, modern kitchen

→ Laundry Unit

2nd FLOOR (1 flight of stairs up to bedrooms)
→Bedroom 1: King bed

Please note that this unit is on the 1st & 2nd floor of a Triplex - Unit 2.
Main front door of the home is on the first floor. There is a common landing space, where the front door of Unit 2, and the stairs that lead up to Unit 3 are located.

TV
We have a Smart TV with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. You will need to sign in with your credentials. Please do not forget to sign out! We also have local cable channels only.

PARKING
Driveway parking: max 2 cars- shared with Unit 3 Also, 2 parking passes. No parking allowed on Atlantic Ave. Please be mindful and obey all street signs. We are not responsible for any parking tickets and or violations. **PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN PARKING PASSES BEFORE YOU LEAVE-A $200 PER PASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION IF TAKEN. **

TRASH
Trash day is MONDAY.
If you are staying over night on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could bring the trash receptacles (trash & recycling) to the curb Sunday night or early Monday morning.
If this cannot be done, please let us know and we will send someone to assist you.

GRILL
There is a shared grill in the driveway.

FIREPLACE
This is a beautiful fireplace with a mantel. Unfortunately this is a non working fireplace.

TRIPLEX
Please note that this unit is on the 1st & 2nd floor of a Triplex. There are other tenants in the building in Unit 3 (3rd & 4th floors).

OUTDOOR SHOWER
We have an enclosed outdoor shower that is a shared amenity with the other units.

INFANTS/ KIDS
We welcome children of all ages. Guests will need to supply their own child supplies (i.e. high chair, pack n play), and the home is not child proofed.

Historic North Beach Ventnor City

Our wonderful seashore neighborhood runs from Jackson to Surrey Avenue (north side), from beach to bay. Our beautiful, groomed beaches are only three blocks from the bay, with world-class boating, fishing and watersports.

We are close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
□ Absolutely NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY PREMISE.
No smoking inside or outside the property -$250 fine if detected.

□ No more than the number of people booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.

□ If anyone under 18 is in the group, primary renter must be 25+ to book the reservation & must be on premises at all times.

□ Please remove shoes when entering the home.

□ Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am (50 decibels).

□ Primary renter must have a valid government ID & phone number on file.

□ Unfortunately we do not allow late checkout (unless otherwise agreed & confirmed with owner) to respect our cleaners schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

□ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

The home was nice. Good location for beach access. However nothing in description about needing beach badges and after asking three times and be asked to check welcome book, which there is not one, and if we don’t return them it’s a 50 dollar charge. So after several scavenger hunts, we then get oh we never go them but there is link to purchase. Home sleeps 11, but hardly any large towels, oven was so dirty it could have caught fire, and the fire extinguisher there was last checked in 2004…. No good. There are no beach chairs, blankets and no mention of where to get some if needed. Shower doors and mold in bathroom also not good. When coming from out of town it would be nice to know all these things. One last one the noise level that they supposedly monitor is a joke the large group of Girls on 3rd floor were loud past 2 am, as if dragging furniture, laughing, yelling, and more. The home is nice and beach was beautiful. The rest needs a lot of attention

We were in AC for a basketball tournament!! We loved this house. It was perfect. We felt safe. The house was clean, the rooms were big and there was enough parking for all our cars! I just wish we had better weather but we still put our toes in the sand. The beach is so close!! Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying for two weeks at this spacious and comfortable home. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk, just up the block. There were good restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was easy. Communication was good. While the property was well maintained, it did need more attention to detail in cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. The outside decks and beach chairs were not ready for our use, perhaps because it was early in the season. The kitchen is not well stocked. It might be adequate for a few nights stay, but not for two weeks. Likewise, for a large group, the limited supply of glassware could be an issue. Despite some issues, this is a very good vacation rental and we would stay here again

We stayed for a few days at this location…very short walk to the beach. I loved drinking my morning coffee with the ocean view! Close to many restaurants. Great location!

This was a great find! So clean and stocked up well with anything we may have needed. Communication with host is quick. There is a lot of room and beds for everyone to be comfortable. We had an absolutely great time!

Loved the location! The property was very clean and included all of the dishes, and kitchen supplies we needed. Appliances were all in relatively new and all worked very well. Beds were all comfortable. We plan to return to this property again for a longer stay. (we were also very lucky with the weather!)

This was the Furst time I have ever rented a property. I always do hotels. Most positive was beach block location which made it easy for my grandchildren 5 and 2. Most negative was the mold/mildew. We left 2 days early because the mold/mildew caused reactions. The vents and system probably haven’t been cleaned for a long period of time. The AC upstairs (bedrooms) is 5-10 degrees warmer than downstairs. Vents are under furniture and don’t cool. The house is old and there has been NO updating. Also, owner had construction going on every day which made it impossible for my 2 year old to nap. We were not told about construction.

Everything went smoothly and the house was lovely, only minor things were we were not informed another family would be staying above us for our trip, which took us by surprise but was not an issue whatsoever, and the vacuum cleaner did not work, but would recommend a stay again for sure :)
