Not good
My problems started with the check in process owner was 35 minutes late arriving the entry information. He told us he was driving and couldn’t contact her. After he gave us the information to download was going to take 45 additional minutes. After we gain the entrance, he promised to send information so that my wife had a key as well. that was never done. My other issue concerns, cleanliness. Please understand it was not filthy nearly but it could use a very thorough cleaning. Lots of dust and even dead mosquitoes around the area. In addition, the front could use some maintenance as well. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend , this place to anyone.

It was great staying here.
No problems with communication. Place was clean when we got there as well as some water bottles and coffee left for us. TVs in multiple rooms. Felt like home. Definitely would recommend for people staying in Atlanta.

the property was decent, but the beds are horrible and uncomfortable and the neighborhood is sketchy. we would not stay in this property again.

very eh..
Location is close to Truist park as described, pictures are accurate, Lawn is over grown. House is just not very clean.. like nothing glaring nasty, but just old feeling and not kept up. Basically nothing provided in kitchen.. no coffee pods, coffee filters. No Ice or ice maker or container to hold ice.. Floor corners not clean, bare minimum toiletries.. AC was fine on first floor, upstairs was warm, one small fan in the closet was little help. Beds were oddly low to the ground, but generally comfortable. It was just overal very eh.. not impressive, I would not come back nor recommend. Once again not like nasty or anything just overall unkept an old feeling..

Great location in Atlanta
Nice clean townhome with easy access to west and downtown Atlanta. We had to download an app to get access but it was a simple process and the host was always very responsive.

In town for Braves game
Perfect home base to take in a couple of Braves games. Plenty of room and even though it’s an older property it was clean and had everything we needed.

Nice place with lots of room
My family of 5 and another family of 3 were in town for a Taekwondo tournament. We needed a place with plenty of room to sleep everyone and this was adequate. When we booked it was listed as sleeps 8, but I see that has been adjusted to sleeps 6, which is good as there was no sleeper sofa or other bed. Thankfully we brought a roll out mattress that filled the extra bed need. There were bugs, and the place wasn't particularly clean. There's a lot of damage to tiles and counters. It looked like some previous tenants used and abused the place unfortunately. The cleaning crew needs to be more attentive as well. The location is perfect. It's just far enough outside the city to be relaxing, but close enough that we could get anywhere we needed to be without a long drive. The property owner was easy to contact and helpful. Overall the stay was pretty good.

The beds and sofa were very low to the ground. Had to kill pests upon entering property. Lawn maintenance has been neglected. Items not located inside the home as listed.
