We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and housekeeping did a good a job. We stayed for the weekend games and it’s a nice walk to the battery. Parking is $35 a day. I would stay again.

The staff was kind but they not only overbooked us, but others with longer standing reservations. We had to cancel my wife's birthday weekend and she was incredibly dissapointed and upset, as it says there were still plenty of rooms avaliable at booking.

Our first impressions were not good. Upon arrival I went to check in while my husband sat with the car. There was a minimal line. In the 3-5 minutes it took me to check in my husband was hassled by a security guard that he needed to move our car. We were self parking instead of of valet and he was more worried about the valet service than guests of the hotel. The thing is, you have to check in and receive a scannable code before you can park. I'm not sure if he expected us to park across the road or what but his behavior was uncalled for. The security guard gave us dirty looks the entire duration of our stay. Upon arrival to our room everything seemed ok other than the dirty bathroom floor covered in the previous guest's hair. The hotel was fully booked so changing rooms wasn't an option. We made sure to wear house shoes. The hotel is beautiful and other than the security guard all staff was very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar inside the hotel and the location. Overall everything was good. Just something to be aware of and management definitely needs to know about how guests are being treated by security.

Stayed here for a night at Battery Park and Braves game. The hotel is an easy walk to the ballpark.

Great hotel! Close to Truist Park. Nice rooms and lobby. Whoever designed the parking lot must have been asleep at the time. It makes no sense.

This propert changed from past stays. Rooms lack lots of items used to be available like toiletries, full room service not saved in plastic to go containers and have to eat a steak using a plastic knife snd fork. Covid time is over snd they still serve like it’s still exist. Other hotels offer much more for same or less cost. Not sure if I would stay there again.

The property is nice however, they need more staff! Every time I called and asked for something that should’ve been easily delivered, I was told I could pick it up because they were the only person at the desk!

Latest stay, not sure I will be back
A lot has changed in a year-parking is awkward with new gates for paid parking-not very welcoming outside for someone arriving to checkin-red curbs and no parking signs up, so want sure where to park for checkin-security assured on the curb was fine for checkin. Bellhops had to accompany to car to load luggage for cart-new policy. Checkin-paying for rooms wasn’t clear and room Kerry’s deactivated the next day in the middle of 3 night stay since they didn’t take a card for incidentals at checkin, had to go back to desk for new keys/add card on file. Charged for a separate booking on checkout and thought it was done on checkin. Quite confusing and frustrating. Bathroom tub/shower could be updated, rest of room was great!

Let me start by saying the staff was great. All these extra charges and fees are getting ridiculous. I was charged five dollars for using a Mastercard. Parking is $35 dollars a day to park yourself and then there was a wait to get out of the parking lot because the barcode they give you doesn’t work. They asked to pay a fee to get out of the parking lot.
