Other things to note:
The house is an older home, completely renovated in 2022, and is approximately 1,600 square feet. It is located on a busier street. The lawn care provider typically comes once every two weeks, usually on Monday or Tuesday.
My husband or I will stop by to pull the garbage bins from the side of the house to the curb on Monday evening or Tuesday morning, and we’ll return to bring them back in on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. When handling the trash bins, we will only be outside.
**House Rules**
1. **No smoking** of any kind inside the house or on the balcony. A $350 fee applies for violations.
2. **Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.** Please keep outdoor noise low to respect neighbors.
3. **Only registered guests may stay overnight.**
4. **No unauthorized visitors are allowed**, except for 1–2 daytime guests.
5. **Events, gatherings, and filming** are allowed only with prior host approval. – $250 event fee applies (up to 20 people, which includes overnight guests). – Between hours of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. – No loudspeakers or amplified music. – Parking for 4–6 cars on the property; additional parking on nearby streets. – **No parking on the lawn.** – Guests are responsible for any damages caused during events.
6. **Late check-out without prior approval** will incur a fee of $100 per hour, prorated after a 15-minute grace period.
