Unhappy and very

Online the pictures look great and fresh and clean but that was not the case. Dirt floors, dirt oven, dirty linen and towels. They were communicating until we got there but in their defense it was late. We did not stay because there were dead and living bugs in the property.

Fairly decent

I woke up in the a very comfortable bed ,but bug bites all over my legs that seem to come from bed bugs . The AC did not work for the first 12 hours of our stay . The host was very nice and checked on us and the home was very nice on the inside .

Remolded older home very close to attractions in Atl but not a great neighborhood

The home is very close to all downtown Atlanta attractions. 5-10 minutes from Aquarium, Mercedes Dome, State Farm Arena. When we first arrived the house is flanked with two boarded up houses, so not the nicest neighborhood. The code given for the door did not work but we were able to contact a fill in host (primary host was out of the country) for the key lockbox code. The house had been freshly remolded and has three bedrooms and three full baths which is nice. The bathrooms are very small and not well lit. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms are spacious and the home was clean. There is not a proper living/gathering room. Only a small nook with three armchairs. The kitchen was well stocked and did have a dining table with 6 seats but no room for much else. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi not working and a smoke detector going off periodicity but we corrected these issues. The fill in host was not responsive when contacted again. If your just looking for a place to lay your head to visit all the attractions then the house works but if your looking for a good place to gather with friends or walk the neighborhood then it’s not the best house.

Nice Location for Conference at GWCC

This property worked great for our simple needs and short stay for a conference at GWCC. Walking distance and easy access back and forth, had the essentials, nice for 3 couples, as each bedroom had it's on bathroom, and we enjoyed the quiet deck in the back some as well. Cleanliness was decent and the property manager was excellent to work with!

Quick stay for a convention

It was a nice place to stay for a few days. Pretty close to a lot of things in Atlanta.
