If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this house will sleep less people, than what is stated on the listing. This beautiful and spacious home is in a safe neighborhood with plenty of privacy, and will comfortably accommodate 30 people. The home sits on 1.6 acres with plenty of space between the house and the neighbors' houses.

The occupants of the upper level have no access to the basement apartment and the tenants in the basement apartment will have no access to the upper level.
