ホテルのシャトルが国内線ターミナルのみだったので、空港内の無料バスで国際線ターミナルに移動しなければならなかった。事前にその情報があったほうがよかった。乗り継ぎのため、一泊するには十分だった。

We arrived late at night with 2 children and they had sold our rooms. The front desk receptionist did not know what to do and wasn't very helpful at all. Then, they charged us twice for the same reservation. I had to take an hour of my time to call and ask for a refund. I had to do this twice: once with Expedia and a second time with La Quinta. Never going back to La Quinta.

This hotel is beyond dirty. Blood stained mattresses, stained bed linens, pubic hair on towels. Definitely pass on this.

I booked my room 1 week in advance. Paid for it. My wife and two kids drove 8 hrs to the hotel. We arrived at 11pm for the front desk clerk to tell me that all the rooms are taken. One word - TRASH. A call would've change this review.

Staff booked us for a room, after a long day of traveling with my daughter we tried to enter the room they gave us. There was literally someone in the room sleeping and it was pitch dark and I just hear a man’s deep voice as I try entering my completely dark already occupied room, we go down stairs where we speak to the night auditor John who was so more concerned with who was in the room that was given to us than try to put us in a room and when I asked him to get us a room so we did t have to keep waiting passed midnight he got loud and yelled at me and pointed his finger in my face!!! The area is trashy and unsafe there was no parking and the staff was SO RUDE!!! Spoke to a manger a few days later that apologized for her staff’s behavior and gave me a refund

Although we stayed there before and were satisfied, this stay was shortened from 3 to only one day due to dirty shower and smell in the room. The staff was professional and helpful.

The first room I received had an A/C that was malfunctioning, kept the room at a very cold temperature, it was running all night, it was impossible to turn it off and it was extremely loud. I received a new room the next day at noon. Then the next night the manager was playing some weird trans music with pan pipes not from the hotel, from home and he connected to the hotel’s speakers in the lobby and this weird Alfred Hitchcock movie type of music was being heard clearly in the rooms at 9pm. The only food establishment close by is a Ruby Tuesdays, no stores, no gas station for a quick pick me up snack. Room was $100/night and I was stuck in Atlanta for 2 days because of the storm. The price included breakfast which had scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles and yogurts. The staff was nice and did their best in each scenario.

The room was outdated and dirty. There were no washcloths when we checked in and our room was not cleaned for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. The front desk people were no help and when you asked a question they were not able to answer. The couch had a hole and burn marks. The dresser was leaning, tube discolored and there is a hole in the wall where the door opens and closes. I had to ask for an iron and for them to fill the facial tissue box since they only place one in the box. This was our first stay with LaQinta and I cannot say I would stay there again.

Absolutely awful. Staff could not speak English on check in and got me to translate everything by Google translate. They’re was a huge fight in the lobby area just after midnight and continued for an hour, before the police were called - extremely noisy and felt unsafe.

When I checked in the room, there were stains on the couch, the room smelled like urine, the walls were dirty. The bathroom looked like it needed a whole remodel and there were several roaches crawling around the bathroom floor. I canceled the reservation and I requested a refund and was advised it would be sent back. I was not provided any docs confirming the refund and have yet to receive it. No indication that the refund is even in process at this time.

Staff was nice and pleasant. Server crashed at 11:30 at night and it took over an hour to check in because they could not find anyone’s reservations. The lobby lights were all turned off when we returned at 9pm. Very dark and uninviting. Lots of bad patch/paint jobs all over, torn carpets, our refrigerator was melted inside. The room was not fully cleaned. There were smelly items in a cabinet from a previous guest and a dirty wash cloth behind the bathroom door. I also saw a bug in our room that was unafraid of people. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The room was the last room and the smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling. The floor was flooded and we had to sleep with a carpet fan on all night. It smelled very musty and the ac did not run though it was on the lowest setting. The bed linens were not clean ie lipstick on the sheets. The curtains had a brown stain on them. The room divider was separated from the ceiling and the wall. It was easily moved when barely touching it. My car got broken into and the staff was not helpful with allowing us a trash bag to clean up the glass that was in the floor and seats. Unhelpful for when asking about cameras to see if I could get anything on the accident. They did call the police after someone else reported it but would not allow me to have the paper work to get the case number. They said they tried to call but did not call me or come to find me.

This property was a little outdated for me. Property wasn’t near much . But most definitely affordable.
