The location of my room was awful with the window providing natural light positioned at the end of the walkway for everyone to look into. Making it worse, housekeeping parked their cart outside my window most of the day, every day, holding conversations right there even if they could see I was inside. I had to keep the curtains closed almost all the time. The front desk was nonplussed about the situation or moving me, if not that night, then the next when the hotel was less full. The only upside to the hotel was the breakfast.

We booked though Expedia for three nights and when we arrived we were informed that we do not have any reservations. Another staff, maybe the manager who came and found the booking. On our second day, my husband was by the door and the manager on duty stated that he thought we had checked out as we were not supposed to be still there. On our last night when we returned to the hotel our keys were deactivated. When we asked the staff at the front desk, no proper explanation was given. The room was clean however the phone was not working and this was reported to the front desk. Additionally, the shower curtain is short and when taking showers the floor gets wet. I called the front desk from my cellphone and was informed that maintenance was unavailable but will have them come the next day to check. That never happened. The housekeeping staff are not available before noon. The trash from our room was placed outside the room, although housekeeping staff were seen around the trash was left there for more than 5 hours and was only moved after contacting the front desk several times.

Dirty, the carpet was stinky, sheets and towels were dirty. The size of the beds were full size, so is no 2 bed queen size as advised. Extremely small the bathroom. Breakfast last for 20 min…. Very basic, there’s no even yogurt. Atlanta city is beautiful however there’s homeless and drugs all around, very sad.

On the positive side: The property was conveniently located near the sites we were there to see. We were able to walk nearly everywhere. The staff was very friendly. On the negative side: The property is quite run down and there are several homeless people right outside the hotel.

My room was dirty and the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart. The walls were so thin you could hear everything going on in the other rooms and hallway and the bedroom window was facing the hallway with basically see through curtains. I felt really unsafe in my room at night and anytime I had to leave the room. It smelled like weed in the patio area and some hallways. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the TV didn't work. Housekeeping never came by either to take out the trash. If I had to choose between staying here again or not going on another trip I'd stay home. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The staff was fantastic. It was incredibly loud due to people racing each night which is unfortunately outside of anyone's control. The hotel parking made me feel a little safer because it is not accessible from the street.

Not worth it
When we got to the hotel we were told parking would be included in our stay. That is not the case we were charged an extra $25 a night for parking. When we got to our room the sheets were dirty and had wholes in them. And had hair all in the sheets as well. When we asked the manager about getting a new room or just getting a refund he just gave us a refund and said you can go somewhere else. Not a very good manager to just leave a problem and not want to fix it. But also a lot of homeless people in this area as well. Made it feel a little sketchy than the pictures.

Missed servicing my room when I requested it. No extra blanket when asked for twice. Breakfast was passable. TV channels were low quality. The shower curtain allowed water onto floor of bathroom...making taking showers problematic.

Not What it Seems
Our rooms furniture, floor, curtains, and sheets had unidentified stains on them. The dresser drawers were being kept closed by Velcro. The location at night is sketchy. The staff however were very friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The pictures they show on the site are from remodel renderings, not actual photos.

The hotel was very dirty and looked like it hasn't be cleaned very well. The bathrooms ventilators didn't work and when you took a hot shower, the bathroom was filled with fog. I couldn't breathe inside the bathroom with so much fog. When I came out of the shower, I felt so dizzy and wanted to vomit. The parking lot was way too small.

Cheap but not the best
They still had the trashcan with trash thar was from the previous stay. The whole room smelled like cleaning supplies which made me cough and give a headache. You can hear people carrying their luggage very loud even after midnight in the hallway.

Affordable and Nice!
We had an awesome stay! We made a quick trip as a couple to hit the aquarium and booked this place because it was in walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was perfect! We are thinking of coming back and will definitely stay here again!

Little lacking, sorry
There weren’t enough towels for each of us and the safe didn’t work, and no extra blankets available. Other than that, it was okay.

Overall it felt like a 3 star hotel. It was fine for the price, except the linen smelled like bleach so strong. We were glad to have the breakfast, except the employee brought half of the food (the hot breakfast)when the breakfast started at 8 am ( Sunday ). And another half of the food, like milk, cereal, and fruits, half an hour later (8:30 am). We finished our breakfast by the time she brought the cold breakfast food. I don't know why the food could not have been served right in time when breakfast started because several people didn't even see the cold breakfast food. And they need to do something with that bleach smell of the linens because people won't be back after such experience. It's a shame because overall the hotel was fine.

It was close the passport agency and staff was really nice, but I almost didn't sleep since my husband and I felt so unsafe. The staff was very nice and gave us a room inside that wasn't accessible from the street since we had a small child. I feel bad giving such poor rating since staff was so nice, but the hotel conditions and location is awful. I wanted to leave as soon as I pulled into the creepy parking garage.

Worst broom I’ve ever stayed in
This hotel was absolutely underwhelming the false advertisement the rooms look nothing like they advertise. I had stains on my sheets everything in there, looked like they got it from a thrift store roaches. None of the outlets worked except one. The phone had no plug-in, so in case of an emergency, I would’ve had to use my phone very unsafe environment, dirty very dirty and I am just so disappointed and they had the nerve to charge me a deposit so I hope and pray that they don’t try to charge me for all the damage that was already done. I moved out of the first room into another room that was even worse the water in the shower let it the floor, and there were roaches this hotel needs to be shut down immediately, this was one of the most terrible hotel room I’ve ever stayed in
