The staff was very friendly,. but the rooms were..
The room was not cleaned and refreshed everyday. Bathroom amenities were not replnisehd unless demanded. The staff was very friendly.

朝食がGood
バスタブがなかったのは残念ですが、部屋はきれいで快適でした。 朝食ではオムレツを作ってくれ内容は良かったです。 フロントの対応も大変よく気持ちよく泊まれました。

The property needs to be refurbish. The staff is professional and couterous, but the attention to detail could be better. Dirty dishes were left in the hallway and the cleaning staff just left them there.

The hotel staff were very kind and attentive, the room was clean and there was plenty of time to get food at the breakfast buffet. The only complaints were that there was construction coming into the property and parking was limited. If you did not get there before nightfall, you had to go to the parking deck next door and then walk over.

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria and enjoyed every minute of our time at this hotel. The front desk staff was always there to help with any questions we had and greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious both mornings we stayed as well. The shuttle back and forth to Truist Park was such a blessing to us as we were there for 2 Braves games. Easy to get on and off and not deal with parking or game day traffic. Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay a great experience!

Great location. Free parking is a bit plus for the area! Large rooms!! Great breakfast. Everything you need to relax is there.

The location was wonderful. We were perfectly centered by the activities we had planned while staying and the other places we knew we wanted to go. The hotel was very peaceful and we enjoyed the indoor pool. There’s a bar on the first floor during the evenings that serves drinks and food. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of varieties. Will be staying again for the Braves game which they offer shuttle service to.

The property was nice with clean and spacious rooms. We were in a suite and it came well stocked with everything we may need pots, utensils, glasses/mugs, full sized fridge convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, starter paper towels, dish detergent, etc. Checkin/out was a breeze. Ayanna at the front desk provided superb service during our stay. She was courteous, helpful and professional during our encounters. The location was close enough to downtown Atlanta without the fuss of parking, horrible traffic and price. Truist Park was right around the corner so we enjoyed the lively yet low key atmosphere at the Battery with the eateries and shopping. The area is a vibe of its own. This will definitely be my go to hotel when visiting Atlanta in the future. My only issue with the room was that the remote needed to be cleaned and the towels/wash clothes were only 2 sets when we had 3 guest checked into the room. They were not major issues as I had wipes and I requested more linens.

Stayed here for 6 nights. We dont need anything fancy and it did the job. Rooms were clean but could use a dusting. Pool was very warm and staff was super nice.

Wife had training for her work on the property. So we stayed the night before, so she did not have to drive in early the day of training.
